Structural Composition
Power Unit:

Chain:
It is the traction part of the plate chain conveying line, and generally adopts large pitch special curved plate chain, which provides traction force through cyclic reciprocating movement, and drives the chain plate and materials to move.
Chain plate:
as a part to carry materials, the material has carbon steel, stainless steel, thermoplastic chain, plastic steel, wood and so on, which can be decided according to the characteristics of the conveyed materials and the use environment. Transmission shaft, roller and sprocket:
the transmission shaft is used to support and transmit power, while the roller and sprocket cooperate with the chain to realize the chain's operation and steering to ensure the normal operation of the conveyor line.
Tensioning device:
It is used to adjust the tension of the chain to ensure that the chain maintains proper tension in the process of running and prevent the chain from being too loose or too tight to affect the conveying effect.
Guide rail:
provide guidance and support for the chain plate and chain to keep them in a stable position during the running process to ensure the smoothness of material conveying.
Working Principle:
Plate chain conveying line mainly utilizes a series of chain plates fixed on the traction chain to provide traction, and uses metal plates or plastic plates as carriers to lead the materials to be conveyed along the horizontal, inclined or turning direction. The power device drives the chain wheel to rotate and drive the chain to circulate, and the chain plate moves with the movement of the chain, thus realizing the material conveying.
