Structural Composition
Driving device:

Chain and chain plate:
Chain generally adopts large pitch special curved plate chain, which has high strength and good abrasion resistance and can provide strong traction. The chain plate is made of various materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, engineering plastics, etc., which can be selected according to the characteristics of the conveyed materials and the use environment, and its shape and size have various specifications to meet different conveying needs.
Guide rail:
Generally made of channel steel or I-beam steel, it provides guidance and support for the chain plate and chain to ensure that they maintain a stable position during operation, so as to make the material conveying smooth.
Tensioning device:
It is used to adjust the tension of the chain to ensure the proper tension of the chain during operation, to prevent the chain from being too loose to slip or jumping teeth, or too tight to increase the running resistance and wear of the equipment.
Accessory devices:
including fluorescent lamps, electric fans, air tubes with quick-change knuckles, process drawing boards, toolboxes with 220V power sockets, etc., and can also be set up according to the process requirements of the parts box, line chute, workstation bracket, adjustable stand, etc., to provide convenience for the production and operation.
Working Principle:
The chain is driven by the driving device to circulate on the guide rail, and the chain plate fixed on the chain moves along with it, thus dragging and pulling the workpieces to do the plane transfer movement, realizing the transfer of materials between different workstations, so as to achieve the purpose of the production process. The assembly line adopts combined assembly mode, the number of work stations can be set according to the process requirements, and the work stations are equipped with power sockets, tool boxes, material boxes, etc., which make the whole production process fast and orderly.
